Cappadocia has many properties using words such as cave, suite, house, stone and boutique. Enter the full reservation name and town so the correct property can be identified.
When a vehicle cannot stop at the door
Some old lanes are too narrow, steep or unsuitable for a shuttle or Sprinter to wait safely. In that case a nearby practical stop can be confirmed on WhatsApp. This is a normal access issue, not a reason to assume the town is outside the service area.
Cave-Hotel Access in Goreme

Uchisar has steep castle-side terraces; Urgup mixes town roads with historic quarters; Ortahisar uses smaller village lanes; Cavusin accommodation is more dispersed. Do not assume one cave-hotel access rule applies everywhere.
Cave hotel does not automatically mean difficult access
Some cave properties sit on normal vehicle roads and are straightforward; others have steep steps, narrow lanes or reception points away from the room entrance. The correct property name is what allows the team to distinguish those cases.
Arrival luggage and departure luggage create different problems
On arrival, guests may be able to walk a short distance from a safe stop while the driver unloads luggage. On departure, the passenger must already be at the agreed point because the shared vehicle has a schedule. Packing and checkout should be finished before the pickup window.
