Per Person vs Per Vehicle
The shuttle total increases with passenger count because it's priced per person. Private transfer is priced per vehicle rather than per passenger, as long as the group fits the selected vehicle — Vito up to 5, Sprinter up to 16 — which is why Sprinter can beat the shuttle for a larger group even though its single-vehicle price looks higher at first glance. One-way private prices also aren't one flat number: selecting NAV brings Vito to €80 and Sprinter to €90, while ASR brings them to €90 and €110, so check the total again after picking the airport.
