Per Person vs Per Vehicle
The shuttle total increases with passenger count because it's priced per person. Private transfer is priced per vehicle rather than per passenger, as long as the group fits the selected vehicle — Vito up to 5, Sprinter up to 16 — which is why Sprinter can beat the shuttle for a larger group even though its single-vehicle price looks higher at first glance. Private prices also aren't one flat number: selecting NAV brings Vito to €80 and Sprinter to €90, while ASR brings them to €90 and €110, so check the total again after picking the airport.
Example Totals by Group Size
Two people on a one-way shuttle pay €30 total. Five people pay €75. Six people pay €90 total on a one-way shuttle — the same as the Nevsehir Sprinter one-way price. Kayseri Vito also costs €90, but its maximum is 5 passengers, so it isn't a six-person option. Group size and vehicle capacity have to be compared together, not by headline price alone.
Payment, Currency and Booking Details
Prices are published in EUR and payment is made in cash to the driver; USD or TRY cash is also possible using the exchange rate confirmed for the booking. Round trip is simply two one-way journeys at the published rate — no separate package price. The booking still needs flight number, hotel, passenger names and passport numbers, and is confirmed once these reservation details are checked on WhatsApp — this matters especially for unusual hotel access, mixed-airport itineraries, or requests outside the standard shared-shuttle coverage.
